No one ever likes to think about or even deal with returns, but it's a
dirty little secret of e-tail and retail business.
At Logistech, we are aware of this and have implemented
processes and procedures that will ensure your returned product is placed
back into inventory and reused if possible. You will immediately receive an email
notification so you can address the issue with your customer. All products are
carefully inspected before they return to normal stock. If there is any sign that
the product is damaged and/or is not in a presentable condition, it will be
"quarantined", which is stock that is not available for normal order processing.
